The provision of personal data is necessary for the conclusion of contracts, their amendments, and any other relationship with the Company. Among the collected personal data are included:
a) Personal and contact data of the legal representative and the corporate contact person of the client/supplier company;
b) Personal and contact data of freelance collaborators;c) Data necessary for tax/legal obligations (such as tax code, bank details, or single certification of freelance collaborators).
Purposes of Data Processing
The personal data provided by you will be used for the following purposes:
a) Comply with legal obligations, regulations, EU legislation, civil and tax laws;
b) Fulfill the requested services, comply with any contractual obligations, and enable effective management of the relationship with the counterparty, also to respond to requests for information, assistance, suggestions, and/or needs reported by you.

Nature of Provision and Legal Basis of Processing
The provision of personal data is necessary for the execution of a contract with the counterparty. Any refusal to provide them will result in the impossibility of proceeding with the complete provision of the services offered or the obstacle/impediment to the continuation of ongoing relationships.

Retention
We inform you that, in compliance with the principles of lawfulness, purpose limitation, and data minimization (pursuant to art. 5 of GDPR 2016/679), the retention period for your personal data is established in a period not exceeding the achievement of the purposes for which they are collected and processed (normally set at 2 years), respecting, however, the times prescribed by law. At the end of the retention period, Personal Data will be deleted. Therefore, upon expiration of this period, the rights of access, deletion, rectification, as well as the right to data portability, cannot be exercised. At the end of the retention period, Personal Data will be deleted.
 
Communication and Dissemination Scope
The collected data will not be disseminated; personal data, in relation to the above purposes, may be communicated to the following categories of recipients:
Public entities to whom the data must be communicated by law (social security and welfare institutions, financial offices, etc.);

Obtain the correction and deletion of data;

Object to processing at any time, even in the case of processing for direct marketing purposes;
